Once they were urban myths, keeping to the shadows, but now they are reality. Ten years ago, the world was introduced to mutants through a viral video. A young girl soaring through the skies, her wings catching a glint of sunlight. Other videos began to surface, people with extraordinary powers and abilities. Are they the next step of human evolution or are they a threat to human’s way of life here to wipe out humanity? The choice is yours!
Charles Xavier believes that humans and mutants are destined to live in peace, and mutants can use their gifts to protect humanity and make the world a better place. He’s opened the doors of his ancestral home to mutants young and old, to teach them how to use their powers and teach them a better way to live among the humans.
Erik Lehnsherr believes the opposite: humans and mutants cannot live in peace and the world can only prosper and move forward if it is mutants that ascend and rule the world. His chosen soldiers, The Acolytes, stand alongside him with the purpose of showing humans that they should fear mutants and should bow to their new rulers. Together they are gathering youths of their own to fill the ranks of a true Brotherhood of Mutants, ready to step up and lead this new world that shall be created.
Lines are being drawn, and dark forces are stirring in the shadows. The question is: Where will you stand?
